As entrusted by the State Grid Corporation of China, EETI (herein after referred to as the “Company”) successfully completed the first arc discharge test in 63kA converter transformer tap switch oil chamber on December 4, 2019.
This test simulates the circumstance of converter transformer tap switch suffering internal pressure and exploding under fault current, assesses the technological level and equipment capacity of the Company, and verifies the fire prevention work of the Company. During the test, the Company obtains test current, arc voltage, short circuit time, arc energy, internal pressure and other valuable data through high precision and high speed measuring equipments, which provide effective technical support for the safe operation of extra-high voltage converter transformer. In order to guarantee the successful completion of this test, the Company persists in the scientific and rigorous attitude, repeatedly organizes the relevant scientific research personnel to discuss the technical proposal, and finally formulates reasonable guarantee plan, thus comprehensively guaranteeing the safety of testing personnel, equipments and environment.
The Company successfully completing the high-voltage and high-current arc test in oil marks that the Company continuously improves the comprehensive scientific research and detection abilities, can provide wider scope of technical services for the customers, and provides guarantee for improving the product quality in power transmission and transformation energy equipment field of our country; it is expected that this will effectively enhance the Company’s public trust in domestic and overseas detection fields. The technical capacity of the Company could satisfy the requirements for this detection business, but its contribution to the Company’s future revenue is unable to be estimated at present, so that the investors please pay attention to the investment risk.
